During the operation capsules are loaded, wherein the capsules are separated with the help of a vacuum, opened capsules move towards the next operation whereas, unopened capsules are evicted into the collection box. In the Automatic Capsule Filling Machine, a dosing tube is placed into the powder plate where powder and slugs are ejected into the opened capsules, unfilled powder is reclaimed from the collector. With the help of the upper and lower closing pins, capsules are closed and afterward released into the collection chamber, and to clear the powder, suction is used.
